Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room with fireplace, a large dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, all with modern comforts including air conditioning.

Outdoors, there are furnished terraces with sun loungers for relaxing, and tables and chairs for al fresco dining. The grounds include a fruit garden and ancient olive trees, creating the true Tuscan atmosphere.

The villa boasts a large swimming pool (80 sqm) with sun loungers, a 90 sqm covered portico for shade and relaxation, lawns with wonderful views of rolling hills, medieval villages, chestnut and oak woods. For memorable gatherings, there’s also a barbecue corner, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a ping pong table.

This two-level luxury property has been restored with great care and attention to detail. Today, it combines sophisticated décor with 6 comfortable bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests (12 adults and 3 children). The restoration preserved its authentic soul—marble and wooden floors, beamed ceilings, double-glazed wooden windows, stone walls and fireplaces—while adding modern touches for comfort.
